DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

By accepting this Agreement, the SELLER acknowledges and agrees to be obligated to pay the price of the order and any additional fees such as shipping costs and taxes, as specified, upon approval of the order.

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:

• MINISTER: Minister of Customs and Trade

• MINISTRY: Ministry of Customs and Trade

• LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection

• REGULATION: Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188)

• SERVICE: Any consumer transaction excluding the provision of goods performed in exchange for a fee or benefit

• SELLER: The company offering goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or acting on behalf of the supplier

• BUYER: A real or legal person acquiring, using, or benefiting from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes

• SITE: The website owned by the SELLER

• ORDERING PARTY: A real or legal person requesting goods or services via the SELLER’s website

• PARTIES: Refers to both the SELLER and the BUYER

• AGREEMENT: This Agreement entered into by and between the SELLER and the BUYER

• GOOD: Movable property subject to shopping, as well as software, sound, image, and similar intangible goods prepared for use in an electronic environment

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER via the SELLER’s website in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The qualities and sales price of the product are specified below.

The listed prices and promises on the site remain valid until updated or changed. Temporarily advertised prices, however, are valid until the end of the specified period.

1. The main features (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) of the goods/services are published on the SELLER’s website. The relevant product's main features can be reviewed during the campaign period if a campaign is organized by the SELLER. Campaigns are valid until the specified date.

2. The prices listed and advertised on the site are the sales prices. Advertised prices and promises are valid until they are updated or changed. Temporary prices are valid until the end of the specified period.

3. The total price of the goods/services, including all taxes, is shown below:
