While Receiving Your Product
Before receiving your shipment, please check the packaging of your product for any damage or issues. If there is any damage, missing items, or the package is opened for any reason, do not sign any delivery documents. Instead, return the package to the courier with a request to prepare a damage report. Once you fulfill this responsibility, your new products will be promptly sent to you. If damaged or allegedly incomplete products are accepted upon delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or missing items inside.
